My auditioning period is over, and I can only add that the JC1s are an outstanding match with Sound Labs. Several friends came over last night and went away in awe. I just heard them today driving another friend's U-1s to equally gratifying effect. The JC1 is an astonishingly good amplifier, in my opinion. I didn't notice any sonic signature.
