Great to hear the speakers are coming to life after being in storage for a while. I imagine you'll see a bit more sensitivity increase over the next day or two, and that you won't need to look any further for amplifiers. You will find the Wolcotts sound different, perhaps not better, than the Atma-Spheres. If, on the other hand, you care to audition solid state amplification, there are some excellent choices. I'm in the Chicago area, and you're welcome to come by anytime.
