..A Stradivarius will always have a sweeter sound even in a hostile environment...

It is not much of a Sonic Guess about the probability of poor sound in a Rectangular Plaster / Glass box...Just as you know, if you walk into a All Ceramic Tile Bathroom, you will hear a lot of reflection...

Big speakers in small 80% Reflective rooms... Will always have problems articulating...

I find it interesting that there has not been any mention as to where the sweet spot was ? Example: If the ESL's focus at 20'-25' That would put the focus in that room almost to the back wall,where the greatest Reflection Reverberation Effect would take place..?.
Just how far away could you get from a 12' wide Full-Active-Wall-Of- Speaker ?
I have a 13' Sony Ceiling projector,believe me I don't want to sit any closer than 15 Feet.!..To much picture, too close !
