ICW caps - any experience

i saw on DIY HiFi supply that they have a 22uf, 630v ICW cap that may, may, be a drop in to replace the mediocre solen thats in the backplates. now, if memory serves the solen is 24uf. so, does anyone have any first had experience w/ ICW caps, and what to expect by dropping capacitance by 2uf?
