The user instructions seem to make it clear enough about bias adjustment, as not many people have had problems as you claim to have had. If you are leaving your windows open much of the time to allow humidity to change dramatically, then that's your prerogative, necessitating adjustments, which I wouldn't recommend. Sound Labs in general are set-and-forget speakers, in my experience. I'd rather have a little less efficiency when humidity is higher than usual than to continually fiddle with bias settings and risk damage.
Sound Lab makes it clear the speakers should not be exposed to direct sunlight. The same goes for wide temperature and humidity variations. With a modicum of care they last a very long time.
