Many thanks to all of you for your responses to my prior posts. After considering various issues related to SL's, bias settings, sensitivity to humidity, sunlight, radiant heat, possible quality control problems, importance of having the proper amp, etc., not to mention that the membrane developed a hole in it after one week, I have regretfully decided to take up the factory's kind offer to let me return them. I'm more than satisified with the sound but as expressed below, I just don't like to "finick" with audio gear. That leaves me with a soon to be delivered new Innersound amp which is ideal for driving SL's but I will not be needing. It will be new in the box, unopened, and unused. If there is anyone out there who might have an interest in buying it, I will sell for less than I paid and I bought it below list. If it's inappropriate to post an "ad" here, please feel free to remove this. Again, my thanks to all of you; this is a valuable site for SL owners.
