I am loathe to indict the amplifier without any firsthand knowledge of this particular
problem, but absent some really weird mis-wiring of these particular M3s, then one could
guess that the amps are at fault for not tolerating the M3s as a load. (I take it that the
system can produce good music for at least short intervals of time between blow-ups.) One
obvious experiment is to borrow another competent amplifier and try driving these same
speakers with it. If there are no problems, then the blame can be placed more surely.
