Bias Voltage is determined by the distance from the Mylar to the Stators

Air Ionization is the most active point.....Some of Dr.West's Sub ESL panels require 16Kv Bias....As well as purposed future higher power designs....

Dr. West has recommended 16Kv AC drive levels and bias for build specifications for Direct Drive ESL Amplification....
