i told them i was a private dealer (which is true) interested in a modification package for a line of speakers (also true), of which a limited volume of resistors would be required (also true). i was referred to a distributor whom i simply haven't had a chance to contact.
if your problem (i.e. required qty) is pervasive w/ ohmite's distributors, do let me know and i will phone ohmite direct, again identifying myself as above and let them know that if they make an audiophile resistor w/ a min batch order qty of 1000 (or whatever it is), then they're wasting their time as the industry members cannot support that sales hurdle.
