What I was somewhat eluding to,was: In Dual Diaphragm Condenser Microphones.....
The pick up directionality is controlled by changing bias level & polarity of the two, back to back Condenser Diaphragms...Allowing the Changing Directional Microphone to be controlled at a distance away, by a voltage box in the studio control room....
It would be such a unique experience to be able to do the same Directionality Changes with a ESL Speaker Panel..?
Just imagine being able to dial out ESL back panel Room Refection by changing phase and polarity...of the ESL Diaphragms....
If this concept is taken to full extent..It could be possible to listen to Multi-Directional Multi-Channel Source Program...all originating from ONE-SPEAKER..?
Farr out?...There are some Speaker + Electronics Manufactures here now claming just that..For Dolby Home Theater Presentation...
