SoundLab is doing a huge installation with a very reputable movie theater chain. A lot of their focus has been on getting this right given how much revenue it is. Although not what anyone wants to hear, but I would just be patient. They will not let any response go unrecognized. Alternatively, you might want to contact one of their resellers for the info you are looking for.
