That's the thing; the modern SL speakers are all full-range one-way panels. There IS no division
of bass and treble at the diaphragm. Instead the secondaries (output) of the bass and treble
transformers are combined in the "mixer box", which then feeds the panel full-range. The mixer
box I expect contains a capacitor to isolate the secondaries from each other wrt DC. Many years
ago, e.g., more than 10 years ago at least, SL speakers did have separate bass and treble panels.
That's before my time as a devotee'.
