And when you turn you system up: Your are hearing :

1. a complete different spec. from your amplifier..
2. A complete different spectrum through your ears....
3. all the componets on the in the Full-Range Crossover change value from instant thermal stress..
4. Room Ring modes magnified X....

The typical PC Real Time is too slow to to capture all that instant change...Pulse testing with time controlled snap-shot capture windows stored in sequence and then plot graphed...is one approach contemporary audio science is trying to see what the ears already knows.....
