I was a transmitter engineer (sat out in a cow pasture and watched the tubes glow -- great job) while I was in college. It was a KNIN ("K-9") 990 on your dial, and it ran a 10K watt xmitter during the day.

It took a 35' wall to hold the xmitter, and you could walk into it.

If you got one of these for you SLs, you might hit the global min WAF score.

Since the ESL is a big capacitor, I think you probably need more than just voltage for the high frequencies.
