In general terms, though, I would agree with Lew's comments about suspensions. The devil is clearly in the details when tuning a sprung table. Until one gets the hang of the matter, an LP-12 can be quite the chase to get just right. Once past this learning curve it's not so bad. Luckily, mine tends to hold a tune fairly well, so it's not something I have to do very often.
