If that's all I could expect, include me out. I nearly never unplug my amps except maybe when we take a long vacation away from home. But I would have guessed that cryo-treating might have the opposite effect on the springiness of the contacts, since I associate freezing and thawing of metal with an increase in brittleness (the tendency of metal to break rather than to bend) due to "metal fatigue". I guess I don't have to ask whether you also cryo-treat your AC plugs and IEC connectors, since it goes without saying that you are probably using cryo-treated AC cords. Albert said he cryo-treated his audio transformers in the U1s. Now THAT might be a good idea. Albert, have you cryo-treated the output transformers in your Wolcotts, as well? I really have no negative bias here, just I hope a healthy scepticism.
