I'm not big on gushing,...But the Telefunken U48 is something else ..Almost of Unreal....It reaches out to the singer ..Rather than having to sing into it..

It has a Sweet Velvet Vocal Timber to the the upper vocal edge... akin to Violins...And transparency of dragon fly wings.... And if You bump the case..You think the room moved !
