Your experience speaks directly to the subject of the latter part of the thread below. And you
have provided very useful information re the stator/bias supply upgrade as it might pertain to my
own M1 speakers, which have the older stator construction and earlier bias supply, i.e., the new
upgrade might not have any detectable effect on the efficiency of my speakers, as per Dr. West's
remarks to you. I am very sorry that you had to obtain this information in such a financially
painful manner. Your findings may account for the reticence of the other early-adopters of the
new technology. Thanks for your post.
