I have the same situation with my updated U1 panels. There is a lot of noise coming from the upper four rows of cells. This is with the bias control set at about 5:00pm position. With the new insulation stators I don't think you can damage the panel with the bias set higher. I would keep the bias set just below the point of crackling, as you did previously. The constant noise is annoying for sure, I've been in contact with the factory about this but no definite answers as to the cause of this as yet. I would speak to the factory so they are aware of someone else experiencing the same as myself.
