I have good things about the EH6SN7. Getting good stock of 6SN7 is driving up the wall. The Tungsol round plate is almost impossible to get in good condition.

My current amps projects need quite a few 6SN7s. I have recently tried some 6H30, but did not like the sound of them at all.
