Bi amping with SS and input Sens...

My friend is setting up his M-1's with a pair of Sufire amps. Here is the question. He is bi amping and using the Sufire 600wpc stereo on the bottom and the 300 wpc on the top. They have the same input sensitivety but one has twice the power. Will it not sound totally out of whack? Or does the wattage and current mean nothing if the input sensitivety is the same.
