I would like to add for consideration the Talon ROC or ROC 2002. I am using a ROC 2002 with my A-1s to augment only the home theater side of things, but this sub's attributes in my mind favor those of the REL for tight musical, powerful, and unbloated lower octaves. This takes the load off my electrostats for explosions, crashes , etc. I am very happy with this combination. It is by no means inexpensive however....Regards....David
