Channel imbalance with biasing

One of my Aura's has substanitally less output than the other when biased to the same point, just below "crackling". There is no significant difference in output from the amplifiers as switching amps and all other output devices left to right did not make the speaker output imbalance move. I have not had time to swap backplates so I can't confirm if it's panel or backplate related. I can balance the speakers by turning the louder one's bias pot down to minimum, the other speakers pot is around 12:00. Any others have a similar situation? It does not seem to adversely alter the sound and I have enough power to get the sound levels I want.
