By any chance are these A-1's in Toronto? Are the frames Oak? Does the owner's last name rhyme with... uh... okay maybe it doesn't rhyme with anything after all. Anyway, if that's the Toronto Oak A-1's then I used to own them. The present owner and I are in contact fairly often, and I had them fully upgraded before delivering them to him.

Let me know if this is the pair you're looking into, and if so I'd be more than happy to tell you everything I know about them (probably via e-mail or over the phone would be more appropriate). If that pair could talk, there's a story or two they could tell...
