Owning A-3 from the safety point of view ?

As everybody of us I keep my A-3 plugged unless a thunderstorm is coming on forecast.
From the point of view of home safety what could eventually happen at the speakers if anything goes wrong at the panels or at the transformers? Can this became out of control till the point they can develop a fire? Many thanks
