I am experiencing a problems with the A3's. One speaker seems to be working fine but the other one isn't. The problem appears when I power up the speakers. the left speaker needs to have its bias turned all the way up to kind of get the speaker charged up. at a point during listening I heard a very loud noise coming from the bottom part of the panel. it sounded like a many a pop, considerably louder than the music I was playing. after talking to soundlab they suggested me to turn the bias all the way up and then back to 12 o'clock after the speaker powers up. what can be causing this deficiency in power? the other speaker has no problem whatsoever. the panels look pristine. tonight, I was playing my speakers in the dark and i noticed the loud pop again. this time I noticed a spark on the lower section of the left speaker panel. upon turning the bias all the way up this pop is louder and the spark is larger too. it seems to be happening at the exact same location every time. any ideas what might be going on here? I have switched the backpanels around and the other speaker responds normal to the switch of backpanels.
