The crossovers cannot be defeated so just feed each transformers with a full-range signal and enjoy. One of the advantages of bi-amping is that you will now be able to dial in exactly how much bass sounds best to you.

Before I got my Wolcotts I bi-amped with identical OTLs and the sound was great, but four OTLs generated way too much heat.
