New panels have faults

I have just had a new pair of panels delivered for my A3 speakers.
Boy, have I got problems with them !
Base extension in both panels only goes down to 55Hz
One panel has a lack of high frequency energy in the panel center (about 2/3rd of the panel area).
My original panels extend solidly down to 30Hz and the frequency response is very even over the entire surface

I have just contacted Roger West about this. Has any one else had similar problems with new speakers or replacement panels.
