Hello Duke,

Roger replied to my email quickly and mentioned that he sends out International orders with a higher membrane tension, this is to counteract any handling problems that may cause stretching. He has recommended heat treatment to relax it and said that he would supply intructions. Well, I replied immediately to say that I was happy to do it. I followed this up with a further email with other comments and a Fax. That was 2 days ago now and I am still waiting for the instructions !!

Perhaps your influence can fastrack this through for me.
