Bret at Soundlab uses a Sears Model 9 27801 Craftsman Industrial Heavy Duty heat gun. I went out and purchased a Bosch GHG650LCE. Roger says that any equivalent will do. The important thing is that it can be temperature controlled. Cheap 2 speed heat guns will NOT do.
