up to about 500Hz. Below that frequency the impedance rises to 30-40 ohms or more at 20Hz. This is quite a friendly load for an OTL or any tube amp, so I see no reason to use a solid-state amp on the low end when bi-amplifying, as per your message above. In fact, an ss amp would way overdamp the low end, according to theory. The bass response on M1s driven by my AS OTL is absolutely the best and most musically realistic I have ever heard in my audio lifetime, down to about 30Hz.
