having been through the same search as you i opted for used Atma- spheres MA2.3s brought them on Audiogon had the seller ship them direct to the factory for a check and conversion to 240 volts then Ralph sent them down to me here in New Zealand took around three weeks or so. I couldn't be happier FANTASTIC amps and I hadn't heard them before I landed them here and hooked them up to my Acoustats (not a soundlab owner.. yet)? I don't think you would be sorry with the Atmas. I know ARC will not perform voltage conversion for you in the USA instead your local agents perform that for you if needed. Talk to Ralph he seemed happy to handle things for me I know some sellers in the USA are wary of selling overseas this was one way to avoid any hassles for all concerned. Happy hunting.
