any opinions on Quad 988 vs. SL (M2) vs. Innersound Eros

Hi...I was just wondering if anyone has experience or opinions on how the Quad 988 and the Innersound Eros
compare/differ from the Soundlabs (esp. the M2s) ?
I am not in an area where I can easily audition these and am curious about the main sonic differences these (all highly rated/praised) speakers offer. I am especially curious as to their "midrange" presentation.
