This could be a "ground loop" whereby 60Hz currents get onto the ground-usually on the ground prong of the ac plug. Try plugging the Marquee ac cord into a different ac source/outlet from the amp that drives it (or, plug it into the same source if different).

Another possibility is the hum is getting induced by the tv set-try physically separating the Marquee from the tv and associated power cable. Also, try plugging the tv power cord into a different outlet.

Of course this noise could be coming from the amp and you could verify this by substituting a different speaker for the Marquee (preferably one that doesn't require an ac line connection).
