People at soundlab are the nicest. When I read here that so and so can't get a hold of soundlab and this and that i am baffled. I had to deal with sending one panel back to them and I have to say their customer service was the best i've ever experienced. i left messages for them several times and each time i would get a call back with an update on the status of my repair. really, congratulations soundlab. this is the way to do things! I am definitely saving money to buy a newer model someday.
my a3 is back and running. i was told it would take about 120 hours to break in but I can already tell these speakers sound like magic. how dynamic and articulate is this thing, man. it is unlike anything i've heard before. thanks to all of you here who helped through this ordeal. i really appreciate your time and input.
btw, if any of you ever need to borrow a crate for any reason, feel free to contact me. I am keeping the nice crate they built for me in my garage for future use just in case.
