I have a similar problem on a set of M3s,It has been in the same area for about a month now I have tryed vacuming the area twice now but still no joy.

My bias setting is at full scale (5 o clock) and I hear no crinkles but what I have noticed is after vacuming the pannel sounds louder.

I have contacted the uk supplyer about this problem and he will get back to me in due course if he has any suggestions I will post here.

Hope this helps
