The speakers are about 14 months old and have the new type transformers. 3 wires link the backplates to the pannels.
on one speaker there is a popping sound (very soft0 from the same area I have tried blowing on the area but it comes back ,I have tryed vacuming the area but it also comes back. the speakers both work fine and are driven by ASL hurricans, this is more of an annoance than a problem and it may well be a think I have to live with as soundlabs seem to be quite fickle speakers to live with.also the membrain seem ok inder inspection with a high powered light.
I am reluctant to remove the spandex and shipping to a autherised repaire center would be a last resort as im in scotland.
I have spoken to the uk importers but they seem a wee bit clueless on the phone.
