My experience is quite different from Joe S. Having owned 3 different pairs of SL over a number of years, I have only had one minor problem with one pair and SL was great at helping. My emails have always been answered within 2 days and while it is difficult to get through to SL by phone, I have always managed to get through(it may take a few calls). Roger,Brett and Connie have always been helpful with questions I have had.
