"Upgrade"

Don't be psyched out by the use of the term "upgrade". If the panels are only a year or two old
and have the most recent previous technology, there is little if anything at all to be gained by
rebuilding them to use the latest stators and bias supply. And as Brian implied, the cost is high,
as it should be because the factory basically has to de-construct and re-build the panels. Leave
well enough alone, and you will be very pleased. There are many mods you can do to the
backplates alone without touching the panels that give much more bang for the buck.
