Marcos. I am sure that you have the same problems that I have. The stator wire insulation has broken down. The main problem now is that there is no knowing what is shorting out to what because of the time that has elapsed since you noticed the problem. I fear that you will have to return the panel to Soundlab for repair.
I re-sleeve my stator insulation when it breaks down and it works well. I put a small line of clear silicone down the tube slit after fitting the tube in place. You can also put a small bead of silicone inside the tube prior to fitting it onto the stator wire but it can be tricky fitting it. The silicone makes the tube very slippery and difficult to fit.

The easiest but less elegant looking method is to use clear silicone on its own. Roger West can give you instructions on how to do this.

I wouldn’t want you to get an electric shock. If you try to do any repairs yourself make sure the backplate is unplugged from the mains supply and that the panel has fully discharged.
