While it's certainly possible for noise to make it across the power transformer (that supplies the hv bias), it will be greatly attenuated.
One must ask about the mains wiring in the house and the many miles of power lines in the distribution grid that will be subjected to the same RFI and will do a better job of picking it up?
An inexpensive mains filter will remove any problematic RFI as this is the easiest noise to remove.
