Kudos to Dr. West for this detailed description of the issues regarding much discussion, and consternation herein.
As a new, but very happy M1 owner, questions and concerns that I previously posed to Dr. West and Connie before and after purchase, have been handled expeditiously and with aplomb. I expected nothing less than the resolution Roger just described, and Sound Lab’s dedication to support and enhance their current and future products!
I trust that future findings relative to these issues, will be handled in like fashion, in this forum when necessary, with equal professionalism, and an eye toward customer care, and long term satisfaction.
My only regret with my M1 purchase is that I didn’t find this wonderful speaker sooner, but thankfully, I now have what I have found to be the best sound per dollar value in this very rewarding hobby!
