I want to commend Dr. West for his integrity, conscientiousness and proactiveness. I believe that his recent posts on SLOG demonstrate a level of concern, knowledge, professionalism and honesty that is unprecedented in this industry and exemplary.
I am proud to be a soundlab owner and am grateful for the efforts of this exceptional man and exceptional company on our behalf. Dr. West thank you for being you and for bringing both beauty into my life through your marvelous speakers and integrity into your business dealings through your demeanor.
Every company has problems. The real test is how they address those problems. Bravo.
