The argument about heat treatment (even if it was done according to SL recommendation) should be mute, if your panel is constructed with the faulty "nylon insulation" you should get a replacement.

I believe that when the dust settles, and when Dr. West has a chance to catch his breath with all these failures that he is facing, he would do the right thing by you.

In the mean time Roy, please keep your spirits up.
