Marcos - I have shipped each my A-1 cores to SoundLab. One for an update and the other for a rebuild. I made a wooded crate for the core just big enough to provide roon for 2" foam all around. As I recall the shipping weight of the box was about 135 lbs. I think the backplates weigh about 40-50 pounds....
