You are thinking of InnerSound. Roger Sanders makes speakers, which are flat electrostatic panels with cone woofer bass drivers, with crossovers around 450 Hz. He also sells specialized amplifiers, which are OEM'd from Coda/Continuum. His amplifiers are solid-state and use feedback. He explicitly excludes Goertz speaker cables from his 5-year, non-transferrable warranty. This makes me suspect they are not unconditionally stable and might oscillate with the right capacitive load. Discuss your intended requirements carefully with the factory before you buy it.
