The RB-1090 isn't a receiver, it is an amplifier..designed (according to the literature) to be used with difficult and fussy loads(It claims somewhere in the area of 1000W X 2 into 2ohms. I can't imagine a designer putting together an amp with this kind of power and not considering the ribbons, planers, and 'stats out there...

Which brings me to another point...100ohms @ 100hZ does put quite a damper on bass response. Does this translate to all Aura's, M and A-3's being wildly bass shy?

Ok, Ok I'll relax and just listen for myself...but I am interested in owners observations.
