First, be sure an kill off you browser's cache, just to be sure. Go to Tools => Internet Options => Temporary Internet Files. Click on Delete Files, select the "Delete all offline content" box and then click on OK. It could take some time to clear out your cache.

If this doesn't work, then I think the key to your problems is in this part of the error:

"Cannot find server or DNS Error"

Type the following in for the URL:

http://12.110.32.91

If this works, then your ISP has not updated their DNS server in some time. You may want to call them ask them to do this. The new SLOG domain became active late last month. I suspect your ISP is not doing the usual automated update sometime in the middle of the night, like most ISPs.
