High Impedance Ugrade ..and tweaks?

In preparation for the Atma MA-1's I just placed on order, I have also ordered the hi-impedance kits for my M3's.

Two questions...all advice welcome...

1) Are the parts of the upgrade kit the same regardless of speaker? ie...the same kit componenets for M3's as for M1's or A1's, for example?

2) I have noticed mention of replacing the sand cast resistors of the kit with Mills resistors. As I am going to have things apart anyway, seems like a good idea.

What values and spec are the sand casts? Mills the best sounding replacements.....or is there someting even better?
