I'll have to admit that I've been very quiet about this debate but felt that it was time to respond if only to share my expieriences with Soundab. I like Albert have owned Soundlabs for many years starting in the late 80's with the A-4's. I drove these speakers for many years and through all the upgrades as they evolved. They still sound incredible in a friends system today. At long last I was able to afford the A-1's, I believe I'm going on my 5th year with these speakers. It would be a lie to say I never encountered problems, I've had the mylar replaced once and some minor problems I was able to solve with Roger and Connies help over the phone. I guesss what I'm trying to convey is that in all the years I've owned these speakers I have never been more delighted with any piece of audio gear I've ever had. The customer service, communication and response to any question or concern I've ever had has been phenomenal. It is rare in any industry to find this level of committment to customer satisfaction. When you buy a Soundlab product I feel like you become a member of a family. I'm truly sorry for anyone who has expierienced anything less than the stated. Long winded I know, but I felt it was time to share some positive expieriences in this matter. Thanks everyone.
Rusty
